Rehearsals

We rehearse on a Tuesday evening from 7.30pm to 9.30pm at Easingwold Methodist Church, Chapel Street, YO61 3AF.

Concerts

We usually perform 2 full concerts each year, in early December and mid May

Charitable status

We are a Registered Charity No 1062232 with the Charitable Objectives:

​

• To advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, the art and science of music in all its aspects by any means the Trustees see fit, including through the presentation of public concerts and recitals;

​

• To further such charitable purpose or purposes as the Trustees in their absolute discretion shall think fit but in particular through the making of grants and donations.

Affiliations

We are affiliated with Making Music, an organisation which offers assistance to amateur music groups nationally. Making Music was formerly known as the National Federation of Musical Societies, and celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2010.
